Renewable Energy Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Spain. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue in the assigned territory, working closely with distributors, installers, and project developers to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including C-Level executives
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate customer performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customer support and resolve issues
- Manage sales channels, including distributors, EPCs, and installers
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or similar field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar photovoltaic industry, preferably with solar/hybrid inverters
- Proven track record of sales success and customer relationship building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken
- Good command of English language
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
