About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at KACO new energy GmbH. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue in the assigned territory, working closely with distributors, installers, and project developers to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including C-Level executives
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and partners
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, product management, and marketing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the solar photovoltaic industry, preferably with solar/hybrid inverters
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with German a plus
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
