Your Contribution:

  • You will support your colleagues in the sales support department in all operational, administrative, and organizational matters.
  • You will be responsible for creating and processing offers and orders, as well as documenting and archiving in our CRM system.
  • You will handle customer inquiries and coordinate customer appointments for our sales team.
  • You will also assist in organizing and conducting sales events, customer meetings, and internal events.

What You Bring:

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or relevant experience. Ideally, you already have experience in the sales support department.
  • You have excellent MS Office skills and have experience with SAP CRM, if possible.
  • You are communicative and approachable in dealing with customers and colleagues, and you present yourself in a friendly and confident manner.
  • You have a high level of initiative, independence, and organizational talent.
  • You have fluent German language skills.
