Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Excel, Power BI, and database tools to analyze sales data, identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Report Generation: Create regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance, providing actionable insights to sales leadership.
  • Support Sales Team: Assist with administrative tasks, including order processing, contract management, and invoice generation.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with finance, marketing, and operations to streamline processes and resolve issues.
  • Train and Onboard New Team Members: Educate new sales team members on tools, processes, and systems.
  • Sales Enablement Initiatives: Create sales collateral, training materials, and documentation to support sales enablement.
  • Special Projects and Initiatives: Participate in projects aimed to improve overall sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in sales operations, business operations, or a similar role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and database management systems.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Sales Analytics Tools: Experience with sales analytics tools and reporting platforms is a plus.
  • Sales Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluent German and English skills are required.
  • Passion for Gaming: Preference for candidates with a passion for gaming.
