Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage agile transformation initiatives across team, portfolio, and enterprise levels.
  • Oversee Agile coaching projects, utilizing Agile-at-Scale frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS).
  • Direct Lean portfolio management efforts.
  • Assume responsibility for project outcomes and guide the deployment of team members to meet objectives regarding time, quality, and effort.
  • Establish, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with client C-level executives.
  • Provide advisory support to client leadership and take charge of mentoring colleagues within our Transformation & Operations Practice.
  • Drive revenue growth by proactively identifying new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to our Thought Leadership in Transformation & Operations, developing Intellectual Property, methodologies, and tools.

Candidate Profile

We are in search of professionals experienced in agile transformation and delivery, with a background in consulting, industry, or freelance work.

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in agile delivery and transformation.
  • Deep expertise in Agile methodologies, Scaled Agile practices, and Product Management.
  • Possession of at least one recognized Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant; SAFe Agilist).
  • Experience in establishing and enhancing agile centers of excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach agile organizations at the executive level.
  • Proven track record in Business Development, including managing pipelines and crafting client proposals.
  • A strong team player with a high degree of accountability.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both German and English.
