Senior Agile Principal - Workforce Transformation Practice

As a key member of Infosys Consulting - Europe, you will be part of a globally renowned management consulting firm at the forefront of digital transformation projects, supporting clients in implementation and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead agile transformation projects at various levels, driving business growth and improvement
  • Manage Agile coaching engagements using SAFe, DAD, and LeSS methodologies, ensuring successful adoption and implementation
  • Oversee Lean Portfolio Management projects, aligning with business objectives and strategic goals
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships at C-level, fostering trust and collaboration
  • Develop thought leadership and contribute to business development, driving innovation and growth

Requirements:

  • 12+ years experience in agile delivery and transformation, with a proven track record of success
  • Expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Management, with certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant or SAFe Agilist
  • Experience in coaching agile organizations at C-level, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
