Senior Agile Transformation Leader (m/w/d) - Workforce Evolution Practice

Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct agile transformation initiatives across multiple tiers
  • Facilitate Agile coaching projects utilizing methodologies such as SAFe, DAD, and LeSS
  • Supervise Lean Portfolio Management initiatives
  • Establish and nurture enduring client relationships at the executive level
  • Contribute to thought leadership and support business growth efforts

Qualifications:

  • Over 12 years of experience in agile delivery and transformation
  • Proficient in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Management practices
  • Relevant certifications including SAFe Program Consultant or SAFe Agilist
  • Experience in coaching agile teams at the executive level
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
