Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Leader to join our team at Infosys Consulting - Europe. As a key member of our Workforce Transformation Practice, you will be responsible for leading and delivering agile transformations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage agile transformation projects at team, portfolio, and enterprise levels
- Develop and implement agile coaching engagements, including agile-at-scale methods such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
- Lead and manage Lean Portfolio Management projects
- Oversee project results and manage project team deployment in terms of time, quality, and cost
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with C-level clients
- Provide advisory services to our client leadership and lead and mentor colleagues in our T&O Practice
- Develop revenue at your client through active search for new business opportunities
- Contribute to our T&O Thought Leadership, develop intellectual property, and methods & tools
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in agile delivery and transformation
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Management
- Minimum one recognized Agile qualification or certification (e.g. SAFe Program Consultant; SAFe Agilist)
- Experience in building and developing agile competency centers/Center of Excellence
- Proven experience in coaching agile organizations at C-level
- Proven experience in business development, including pipeline management and creation of client offerings
- Strong team player with a high willingness to take on responsibility
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
