Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Organisation der Warenverräumung gemäß Kundenanforderungen
  • Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter/innen
  • Einarbeitung und Schulung der neuen Teammitglieder
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und Einleitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitern, Kunden und Kollegen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Quereinsteiger/in sind herzlich willkommen
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Entscheidungsfreude und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Vorbildfunktion und Motivationstalent
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Excel sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Außendienst und/oder in der Mitarbeiterführung ist wünschenswert
