Sales Development Representative

FERCHAU GmbH is a leading Full-Service provider for Engineering and IT, dedicated to connecting people and technologies for innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our internal team for a six-month on-the-job training program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture regional customer relationships to drive project acquisition and revenue growth
- Manage inquiries and technical clarifications to ensure seamless project execution
- Create customized offers for IT projects and lead price and contract negotiations to maximize client satisfaction
- Facilitate communication between development teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to onboard and support technical staff to ensure a smooth transition

Requirements:
- Technical degree in Business Informatics or a similar field
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Interest in IT-related topics and a passion for sales and business development
- Fluency in German and good English skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
