FERCHAU GmbH is a leading Full-Service provider for Engineering and IT, dedicated to connecting people and technologies for innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our internal team for a six-month on-the-job training program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture regional customer relationships to drive project acquisition and revenue growth
  • Manage inquiries and technical clarifications to ensure seamless project execution
  • Create customized offers for IT projects and lead price and contract negotiations to maximize client satisfaction
  • Facilitate communication between development teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to onboard and support technical staff to ensure a smooth transition

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in Business Informatics or a similar field
  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Interest in IT-related topics and a passion for sales and business development
  • Fluency in German and good English skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
