Strategic Growth Initiatives Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Performance Manager to join our Performance Management Team at Giesecke+Devrient. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and strategic growth initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial performance strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Lead the design, management, and coordination of performance initiatives, including strategic growth initiatives, pricing strategy programs, cost and efficiency programs, and campaigns to optimize free cash flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with overall business goals and support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required by senior management.
- Utilize and help shape the group-wide controlling systems for executing these tasks.
- Work closely with team members, management, and representatives of various divisions, as well as with group controlling, to ensure success.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Performance Management, Business Intelligence, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles, methods, and tools.
- Experience in global project management.
- Proficiency in SAP and BW is essential. Proficiency in further tools, like Sales Force, Power BI, etc. is highly welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively at all levels of the company.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and strong presentation skills. Ability to create compelling presentations and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Strong speech and presentation skills, capable of delivering information confidently and clearly in front of diverse audiences.
- Capable of working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and meeting tight deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting collective goals and initiatives.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
