About the Role
Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Strategic Projects to join our Commercial Excellence Team within the Strategy & Operations organization in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in leading priority projects that shape the future of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects, driving strategic alignment of project scope and objectives with business goals.
- Develop and maintain transparency on our portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives, enabling prioritization and effective resource allocation.
- Manage the central project management excellence hub and resources, systematically enhancing project management capabilities and ways of working within the organization.
- Serve as a sparring partner for teams on project management excellence standards, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent application.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in advanced project management and project portfolio management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or broader healthcare environment.
- Experience in effective stakeholder engagement, including senior management on local and global levels.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex, ambiguous topics and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in advanced project management tools and MS Office Package.
