Key Responsibilities
- Safety Management: Collaborate with Safety and Regional Managers to uphold compliance with safety standards.
- Performance Enhancement: Guide business owners in scaling operations and addressing operational challenges, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources for peak periods.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new business owners as they integrate into the program and prepare for their launch.
- Coaching: Mentor business owners to maintain compliance and achieve high performance metrics.
- Operational Improvements: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and develop strategies to enhance operations at both the network level and for individual DSP owners.
- Relationship Development: Strengthen the partnership between Amazon and our DSP partners, focusing on improving DSP sentiment.
- Communication Alignment: Ensure consistent communication with DSP business owners through close collaboration with operational partners.
- Advocacy: Represent the interests of DSPs within the Amazon Logistics business.
- Upskilling: Facilitate effective training and utilization of tools for business owners.
- Performance Metrics: Conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for improving customer metrics.
- Process Consistency: Champion the uniform application of last-mile processes within delivery stations, challenging any operational processes that may hinder efficiency.
- Brand Protection: Enhance driver standards to uphold the brand's reputation.
Daily Responsibilities
Your role will be based at one of our operational sites, allowing you to maintain close oversight of the entire delivery process. You will manage all aspects of partner relationships, from contract initiation to performance tracking. Clear communication will be essential, as you will engage daily with the partners you oversee to ensure they have the resources needed for timely deliveries.
