Deine Aufgaben
  • Bestandskundenmanagement: Pflege und Ausbau der Beziehungen zu unseren bestehenden Kunden durch proaktive Betreuung und stetige Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung.
  • Churn Management: Entwicklung und Umsetzung effektiver Strategien zur Reduzierung der Kundenabwanderung sowie Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Vertriebsprozesse.
  • Vertriebsstrategien: Erstellung und Verhandlung individueller Angebote sowie Entwicklung zielgerichteter Vertriebsstrategien zur Erreichung unserer Unternehmensziele.
  • Partnermanagement: Aufbau und Pflege vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu unseren Partnern zur kontinuierlichen Erweiterung unseres Netzwerks.

Was Du mitbringst
  • Ausbildung und Erfahrung: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium sind wünschenswert. Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb oder Kundenservice sind von Vorteil.
  • Fähigkeiten: Empathie, Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und analytische Fähigkeiten zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Technische Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen wie Hubspot oder SalesForce sind von Vorteil.
