Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Churn Management: Analyze customer data to identify potential churn risks and develop strategies to reduce churn and optimize sales processes.
- Sales Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
- Partner Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to expand our network and drive business growth.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems such as Hubspot or SalesForce.
