Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through proactive support and continuous enhancement of their experience.
- Churn Prevention: Design and implement strategies to reduce customer churn and optimize sales processes to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create tailored offers and negotiate agreements to achieve company goals and expand our network.
- Partner Development: Build and maintain successful partnerships to drive business growth and expansion.
- Education and Experience: A completed education and/or degree, with experience in sales or customer service, and knowledge of logistics.
- Skills and Competencies: Empathy, negotiation skills, communication, and analytical ability.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems like Hubspot or SalesForce.
