About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Conference Sales Executive to join our team at Hyatt Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bid on and manage conference and event business from initial inquiry to final billing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, event planners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
