Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled FX Sales Executive to join our team at BANKING CONSULT Executive Search. Our client is a leading FX FinTech with a strong presence in Germany, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a winning team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate new business by targeting a vast client prospect base and selling cash management, FX hedging, and payment products.
  • Understand clients' business strategies and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing customer contact, quality customer service, and superior product knowledge.
  • Manage new customer relationships to ensure smooth onboarding and first trades.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals in FX or other cross-border financial services.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies based on customer feedback and market environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and English, with additional languages being an advantage.
  • University degree or additional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CEFA are a plus.
