Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant (m/w/d) for Fleet Management to join our team. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Administrative Tasks: Independently complete general administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • File Management: Check and complete files, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Service Vehicle Lease Agreements: Prepare and process service vehicle lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Call Handling: Handle and coordinate incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Service Vehicle Preparation: Prepare and organize service vehicles, ensuring they are ready for use.
  • Fleet Manager Support: Provide administrative support to the fleet manager, assisting with other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous work experience in administrative tasks, file management, and customer service.
  • MS Office Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with excellent typing and data entry skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license, Class B.
