Key Responsibilities:- Assume economic and technical oversight for the planning and execution of large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Manage tendering processes, procurement, execution, and performance evaluations, as well as conduct inspections.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout all phases of construction, and engage in acquisition and contract negotiations as part of a project team.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams comprising construction managers, internal and external architects, and specialized planners.
- Oversee construction budgets and billing processes.
- Coordinate effectively with authorities, engineers, sales teams, product management, and clients to ensure project success.
- A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in construction, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, or in managing complex large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with construction contract regulations (VOB) and proficiency in MS Office Project.
- Fluency in German (C1 level) and possession of a valid Class B driving license.
