About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee the modernization of HVAC installations at a food plant. This part-time position is ideal for individuals looking for a flexible and challenging project.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the general contractor and project manager to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate the contractor's performance against project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Identify and address any potential issues or risks that may impact the project's success.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor in industrial construction projects.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
