Claims Operations Manager DACH

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Operations Manager DACH to join our team at AIG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process optimization and governance initiatives across the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance claims handling efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and AIG's governance framework, identifying and mitigating risks to the organization.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including IT, Claims, and other business units, to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure effective communication.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and manage performance metrics to measure claims team activity, identify trends, and drive improvement initiatives.
- Claims Governance and Compliance: Lead the development and implementation of claims governance and compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with AIG's global standards.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with claims handling, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and process enhancements to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: Proven track record in claims operations, process optimization, and governance, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure effective communication.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the DACH region.
