Intertek, a prominent provider of Assurance, Testing, Inspection, and Certification Services, is seeking a Claim Manager for its Industry Services Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire claims process across diverse projects.
  • Evaluate and scrutinize claims documentation to assess their legitimacy and precision.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to collect essential information and evidence to either support or contest claims.
  • Engage closely with legal teams and insurance companies to ensure appropriate claims management.
  • Facilitate negotiations for settlements and resolutions with claimants to reduce financial exposure for the organization.
  • Keep meticulous and current records of all claims and associated activities.
  • Deliver regular updates and reports to senior management concerning claim statuses and emerging trends.
  • Formulate and execute strategies aimed at reducing future claims and minimizing organizational liability.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a claims management role or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of claims processing and insurance fundamentals.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
