Senior Tax Compliance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Taxation Manager (m/f/d) to become a vital part of our innovative team at AUTO1. In this role, you will oversee a variety of tax-related responsibilities within a company recognized for its global footprint and dedication to employee satisfaction.
Role Overview:- Prepare and assess tax filings, manage audits, and deliver tax reports for our domestic entities
- Collaborate with the finance department to scrutinize tax information for financial documentation and ensure compliance
- Lead the strategic development and execution of tax protocols, both locally and internationally
- Act as a primary resource for tax compliance and payroll matters, contributing to initiatives with worldwide significance
- Educational background in taxation or finance, with hands-on experience in German tax regulations
- Proven experience in auditing, tax advisory, or a similar domain
- Self-motivated and assertive with a passion for enhancing and streamlining internal operations
- Competent in MS Office and preferably familiar with Oracle and DATEV software
- Excellent communication abilities in both German and English
