Senior Operations Content and Knowledge Manager

The Content and Knowledge Management division within Operations is focused on improving customer experiences through effective knowledge dissemination. We are in search of a Senior Knowledge and Content Manager to enhance our team. This position entails developing and executing content strategies, in collaboration with a Lead/Coordinator, to enrich both internal and external knowledge bases. The perfect candidate will possess strong project management skills, strategic insight, and proficiency in content management systems to foster ongoing enhancement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the creation, refinement, and organization of top-notch content across diverse platforms and channels. Develop and sustain a robust framework with stakeholders to align with the strategies of various departments. Mentor and support junior team members in business practices, content generation, and project oversight. Utilize theoretical knowledge in the field and conduct continuous research to improve expertise and content quality. Formulate content strategies driven by data analysis. Assist in coordinating routine tasks among team members and take charge of managing projects and initiatives as needed. Independently manage intricate projects/tasks, assuming full responsibility and effectively delegating tasks. Identify new content needs based on documentation from Change Management, Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to express and present ideas clearly and confidently. Passionate about content creation and knowledge sharing. Capable of producing straightforward and comprehensible documentation from complex processes. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks. Strong interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and grow. Ability to observe, adapt, and take ownership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
