Ihre Herausforderung: Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Chief Marketing Officer (m/w/d), der seine Expertise in einem dynamischen Umfeld einbringen möchte.

Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in relevanten Positionen in der Fashion-, Schmuck- oder Luxusbranche
  • Ausgezeichnete Führungs- und Teammanagementfähigkeiten
  • Fundiertes Wissen über digitale Marketingstrategien und moderne Technologien
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Influencern und ein breites Netzwerk im Modebereich
  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung einer umfassenden Marketing- und PR-Strategie zur Stärkung der Markenpräsenz
  • Aufbau eines konsistenten Markenauftritts über alle Kommunikationskanäle
  • Leitung und Motivation des Marketing- und PR-Teams
  • Planung und Durchführung von nationalen und internationalen Kampagnen
  • Marktforschung zur Identifizierung von Trends und neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Verantwortung für das Budgetmanagement im Marketingbereich
  • Aufbau strategischer Partnerschaften zur Stärkung der Marke
