Position Overview: Head of Finance at straiv

As a pivotal member of our organization, the Head of Finance will play a crucial role in steering the financial direction of straiv. We are a forward-thinking team dedicated to transforming the hospitality sector through innovative digital solutions, serving over 3,000 hotels across 29 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of a high-performing finance team to facilitate the company's expansion.
  • Formulate and execute financial strategies that align with the overarching vision and growth objectives of the organization.
  • Implement comprehensive financial processes and controls to ensure precise reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver financial insights that empower management in making informed decisions.
  • Drive financial sustainability by optimizing expenditures and enhancing profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership capacity within a SaaS environment.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and cultivating a collaborative workplace culture.
