Head of Product Operations Excellence

Immowelt Hamburg GmbH, a leading player in the real estate technology sector, is seeking a Director of Product Operational Excellence.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for steering the Product Operations strategy in collaboration with the Senior Director of Product and Tech Operations. Your leadership will guide the team in enhancing operational effectiveness across our diverse product offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Practices & Communication:
- Develop and refine operational practices, processes, and documentation standards to ensure efficiency and relevance.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration through organized events and communication strategies.
- Enhance the visibility of plans and documentation to ensure clarity for all stakeholders.
Strategy & Planning:
- Establish a streamlined planning process that aligns with organizational goals and translates them into actionable roadmaps.
- Improve tracking of features and enhancement requests to foster collaboration and transparency.
- Provide Product Managers with accurate data to support informed decision-making.
Tooling:
- Investigate and implement tools for roadmapping and planning to boost efficiency in product development.
Product Management Craft:
- Support product teams in adopting best practices and methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the product onboarding program in partnership with the People team.
Leadership Duties:
- Oversee the Product Operations function and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the Product organization and global stakeholders.
- Identify systemic challenges and prioritize initiatives to address them effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in product operations.
- In-depth knowledge of product management best practices and frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on process enhancement.
- Proficient in navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Possess a Lean and Agile mindset.
