Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and enhancement of our cybersecurity department, focusing on global transformation in cloud security. This role is crucial for defining security requirements for our cloud platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and monitoring their implementation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Establish a cloud security governance framework and drive continuous improvements for secure cloud service utilization.
- Define and maintain cloud security processes within the operating model, supporting governance and risk management.
- Conduct security assessments and risk analyses of cloud platforms.
- Develop tailored concepts to elevate security levels and create decision templates for risk mitigation.
- Engage with emerging cloud technologies and contribute to their secure deployment.
- Collaborate on the development of DevSecOps concepts, working closely with IT teams.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security - Specialty) is advantageous.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly in cloud security.
- Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing security requirements for cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with cloud security tools and technologies.
- Experience in conducting security assessments and developing security strategies.
Technical Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Proficiency in implementing and managing cloud security controls.
- Strong knowledge of common security threats and vulnerabilities in cloud environments.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze complex security issues and recommend effective solutions.
