We are currently seeking a dedicated, insightful, and creative Security Engineer (f/d/m) to play a crucial role in the development and execution of information security strategies. Your robust experience in security frameworks for cloud environments will be essential in safeguarding our systems. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline security processes and deliver state-of-the-art solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies to improve secure access for our development teams.
  • Design and standardize security frameworks for cloud environments in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Oversee and enhance IAM platforms such as Okta, Entra ID, AWS IAM, and Midpoint.
  • Implement effective security measures, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
  • Automate security operations and tools to minimize manual processes.
  • Continuously improve security protocols within development environments, including Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Engage in the creation and revision of security policies and procedures.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to fulfill security requirements and adopt best practices.
  • Provide expert third-level support to the Service Management Team.
  • Conduct security assessments and promote the integration of Single Sign-On (SSO) in collaboration with Digital R&D Application Owners.
  • Enhance self-service capabilities for platforms by managing appropriate group ownerships.
  • Deploy IAM configurations using Infrastructure as Code with tools like Terraform.
  • Offer internal security consulting to ensure compliance and protect operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant professional experience in IT security and IAM, preferably within cloud settings.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud security, including platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Proficient in IAM tools and technologies like Okta, Entra ID, and Midpoint.
  • Experienced in securing development environments, such as Jenkins.
  • Strong grasp of authentication methods, encryption techniques, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
  • Skilled in automating security processes using scripting languages and CI/CD tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of working collaboratively in a team and communicating effectively in English.
