We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and empathetic Security Engineer (f/d/m) to play a crucial role in formulating and executing information security strategies. Your robust experience in security architectures for cloud environments will be vital in safeguarding our systems. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to automate security processes and deliver state-of-the-art solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive IAM strategies and policies to enhance secure access control for development teams.
  • Design and standardize security architectures for cloud infrastructures in accordance with industry standards.
  • Manage and optimize identity and access management platforms, including Okta, Entra ID, AWS IAM, and Midpoint.
  • Implement robust security measures such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) and public key infrastructure (PKI).
  • Automate security operations and tools to minimize manual intervention.
  • Continuously improve security protocols within build environments, including Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Participate in drafting and updating security policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to fulfill security requirements and adopt best practices.
  • Provide expert third-level support to the Service Management Team.
  • Lead security assessments and advocate for the integration of SSO in collaboration with Digital R&D App Owners.
  • Enhance self-service capabilities for platforms like AWS, Phrase, and OpsGenie by managing appropriate group ownerships.
  • Deploy IAM configurations using infrastructure as code with tools like Terraform.
  • Offer internal security consulting to ensure compliance and safeguard operations.

Qualifications

  • Extensive professional experience in IT security and IAM, preferably within cloud environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud security, including platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Proficient in utilizing IAM tools and technologies such as Okta, Entra ID, and Midpoint.
  • Experienced in securing build environments, such as Jenkins.
  • Strong understanding of authentication methods, encryption techniques, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
  • Skilled in automating security processes using scripting languages and CI/CD tools.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of working collaboratively in a team and communicating effectively in English.
