Position: Senior Einkäufer (w/m/d)
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Einkäufer zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für:

  • Die selbstständige Auswahl von Lieferanten sowie die Einholung von Angeboten und Preisverhandlungen.
  • Die Durchführung und Initiierung von Projekten zur Kostenoptimierung.
  • Die Verhandlung und Erstellung von Rahmenverträgen sowie Jahrespreisverhandlungen.
  • Die Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen.
  • Die kaufmännische Leitung und Durchführung von Outsourcing-Projekten.
  • Die Beschaffungsmarktforschung für ausgewählte Materialgruppen.
  • Die Entwicklung von Warengruppenstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit R&D, Global Sourcing und der Einkaufsleitung.
  • Die strategische Entwicklung von Lieferanten hinsichtlich Qualität, Lieferperformance und Kostenoptimierung in Zusammenarbeit mit QM und Prozessingenieuren.
  • Die Begleitung von Lieferantenaudits und -besuchen.
  • Die Abwicklung sämtlicher Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten, gegebenenfalls auch in englischer Sprache.
  • Die eigenständige Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Analysen und Kennzahlen nach Anforderung.
  • Die Bearbeitung von ECOs und Pflege einkaufsrelevanter Stammdaten.

Ihr Profil:
Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium mit, idealerweise einen Master-Abschluss. Zudem verfügen Sie über mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf von direktem Material in einem produzierenden Unternehmen. Sie sind ein motivierter Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität und interkulturellem Verständnis. Ihre Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind klar und prägnant, sowohl intern als auch standortübergreifend.
