**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our logistics services to existing and potential customers, with a focus on sea and air freight.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular updates to management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as logistics or business administration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the logistics industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English and German languages
