About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our Global Logistics Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve bug reports, queries, and feature requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineers and Product Managers, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience and improve product support.
  • Provide data-driven insights and feedback to inform product development and operational improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and procedures to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of agile software development and related tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on attitude, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive mentality, with a curiosity-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
