Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Recruitment Specialist, der sich auf die Suche nach talentierten Nachwuchstalenten spezialisiert hat.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Identifiziere und kontaktiere potenzielle Kandidaten über verschiedene Kanäle
  • Entwickle und implementiere effektive Scouting-Strategien an Universitäten und Online-Plattformen
  • Repräsentiere uns an Universitäten und Hochschulen sowie bei Events und baut regionale Netzwerke auf
  • Analysiere Bewerbungsunterlagen, führe Interviews und Vorstellungsgespräche durch, um einen optimalen Fit sicherzustellen
  • Organisierst Termine für Assessment Center und Schulungen
  • Betreust die Mitarbeiter und plant ihre Anreise zu Events
  • Unterstützt bei allgemeinen administrativen Tätigkeiten

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, bevorzugt im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Psychologie oder Marketing mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement
  • Ein starkes Interesse an Recruiting, Eventmanagement, Vertrieb oder Marketing
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Die Fähigkeit, sich zu vernetzen und redegewandt zu sein
  • Die Fähigkeit, zuverlässig, gewissenhaft und strukturiert zu arbeiten
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Eine Affinität zur Automobilindustrie
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und fließendes Englisch
