About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join our team at Sparkasse KölnBonn. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective anti-money laundering (AML) controls and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AML policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improving AML controls and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with AML regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on AML policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on AML-related activities and trends.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in a field such as law, finance, or business.
  • Proven experience in AML compliance or a related field.
