Job Summary:

PS Direkt GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Management: Develop and implement effective compliance management systems to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Risk Analysis: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on compliance matters, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Data Protection and Information Security Officer to ensure that our company's data protection and information security policies are aligned with compliance requirements.
  • External Audits: Coordinate external audits to ensure that our company is compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Law, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in a legal department, internal audit of a bank, or audit firm.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of banking processes, fluency in English, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Independent, reliable, friendly, and communicative.
