Drive the execution of SIOP plans within the short-term operational planning framework, owning the Master Supply Plan and Production Scheduling processes to optimize resource allocation and meet customer requirements effectively. This position necessitates a profound understanding of SIOP, MRP, master scheduling, and capacity planning. The SIOP Manager will collaborate closely with local, regional, and corporate supply chain teams to develop Planning BOMs, S&OP Metrics, and Inventory Plans aimed at minimizing part shortages, ensuring timely shipments, reducing customer lead times, and mitigating E&O risks. Lead change management efforts to promote the adoption of SIOP strategies across various sites and the enterprise.

Duties and Responsibilities

Facilitate the monthly SIOP process for the region, ensuring alignment across functions and the development of achievable long-term demand and supply plans. Ensure a disciplined and continuously improving process that supports executive-level action planning and decision-making. Guide the long-term Demand Plan for the region, ensuring input and accountability from key stakeholders in its development and approval. Assist regional sites in formulating their short-term (Operational Planning) and long-term (SIOP) Supply Plans through the creation of Master Supply Plans and Production Schedules. Balance load, capacity, and inventory investments to effectively meet customer plans at optimal costs, while developing responsive methods to adapt to plan changes and enhance performance delivery. Consolidate inputs from all regional sites, lead the SIOP meetings at the regional level, and support business unit-level SIOP meetings and executive discussions. Ensure that all SIOP decisions are documented, action items are tracked, and timely completion of actions is driven. Utilize Root Cause Analytics and Corrective Action methodologies to foster improved performance.
