Lead IT Project and Process Manager (m/w/d)

Position Overview

LOTTO Hessen GmbH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead IT Project and Process Manager (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our operational efficiency and driving innovative solutions within our IT Services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis and enhancement of existing business workflows utilizing available documentation and tools, while leveraging creative opportunities for innovative solutions.
  • Oversee IT project management and establish systematic approaches to project execution.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from both internal and external stakeholders, developing a process-oriented documentation of domain knowledge.
  • Create IT-driven value for business units through effective integration points and partial automation.
  • Facilitate career development opportunities in IT governance and related functions such as ISMS, license management, supplier management, and IT contract management.
Candidate Profile
  • Possess a degree in Business Informatics or a related field.
  • Bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, showcasing a broad spectrum of practical IT knowledge.
  • Demonstrate a self-directed work style characterized by high adaptability and effective prioritization, along with an innovative and technology-agnostic approach.
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) is advantageous.
  • Exhibit strong conceptual skills and well-developed analytical capabilities.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
