Regional SIOP Process Coordinator

This role is open to candidates located anywhere within the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be tasked with the implementation and effective management of the region's SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process. This includes spearheading change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of SIOP strategies across various sites, regions, and the enterprise as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of SIOP strategies across all operational sites and regions.
  • Consolidate inputs from all regional sites and conduct SIOP meetings at both the regional and business unit levels, supporting executive meetings as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, financial planning, or inventory management, including hands-on experience with SIOP or S&OP processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Tableau is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to prioritize inputs from senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, successfully leading multiple complex projects.
