Your Role in Our Team

We are seeking a strong, open, and warm addition to our Front Office Team, serving as the first point of contact for our guests. As we unveil our new suites, you will witness firsthand how Platzl Hotels evolves and attracts new clientele.
You will guide guests from arrival to departure, manage vehicle parking in our garage, assist with luggage delivery to rooms, and enhance the check-in and check-out experience through friendly conversation.

  • A warm and genuine welcome is second nature to you. You are the first Platzl representative our guests encounter upon arrival.
  • You handle guests' luggage with care, treating it as if it were your own—whether delivering it to their rooms or securely storing it.
  • You expertly maneuver guests' vehicles into the hotel garage and retrieve them as needed.
  • If a guest forgets to pick up their opera tickets, you quickly resolve the issue, showcasing your knowledge of Munich.
  • Special requests (e.g., extra pillows, separate beds, or fans in rooms) that enhance our guests' stays are your specialty and passion.
What You Bring to Us
  • You have completed training in the hospitality industry or have gained initial experience in this field.
  • Your infectious smile and genuine warmth delight our guests, and your openness helps you connect with people.
  • You are motivated and eager to embrace a new role within a tradition-oriented family business.
  • Your quick comprehension and high commitment enable you to work independently and reliably.
  • You are proficient in German and can communicate effectively in English with our international guests.
