The initial impression is crucial, and you are the face of our establishment. You greet our visitors with genuine warmth and are available to assist with any inquiries regarding their stay, offering insights about our hotel’s amenities and the local area. Your dedication ensures that each guest's experience is memorable, right through to their departure.
To enhance our team, we are seeking a Front Office Agent (m/f/d) for a full-time position.
Your daily responsibilities include:
Facilitating the seamless check-in process and serving as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay. Collaborating with housekeeping to guarantee timely room readiness. Addressing any issues that arise and directing them to the appropriate department. Responding to inquiries, messages, calls, or concerns from our diverse clientele, including through our chat service. Working closely with all hotel departments to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.We expect from you:
Completed vocational training or education in hospitality. Previous experience in a reception role is advantageous. A passion for hospitality and enjoyment in engaging with international guests. Strong team collaboration skills. High reliability and a strong sense of responsibility. Flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with the Opera hotel management system is a plus. Proficient in both German and English.What can you expect?
