We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and HR Manager to join our team at NSSLGlobal GmbH. As a key member of our Internal Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our GmbH division and providing strategic guidance to our management team.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Human Resources
- Lead the HR function for the German office, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Leadership and Management
- Provide strategic guidance to the management team on financial and HR matters.
- Lead and manage a team of finance and HR professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (e.g. CPA, CMA, ACA).
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on financial management and leadership.
- Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, consolidations advantageous.
- Experience with Oracle FCCS & Dynamics NAV or Business Central advantageous.
