Marketing Director

Horizon Hobby is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Barsbüttel, Germany. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive awareness and sales growth for our Surface category.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement product marketing strategies that align with overall brand objectives.
• Develop and execute product launch plans, including coordinating product demos, collateral development, and sales training.
• Create post-launch product campaigns and journeys to create ongoing excitement around the product and drive accessory sales.
• Deliver content to ensure optimal messaging and online content to support the product throughout its lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on product performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Represent the brand at tradeshow/consumer events and in product videos.
• Manage social media channels and engagement in other key online communities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth of our brands.

• Remote controlled product background in Surface category is a plus.
• Deep understanding of product marketing strategies and positioning.
• Strong analytical skills and experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with product launch planning and execution.
• Fluent in English. German and/or French language skills are a plus.
