We invite you to consider a role as a Construction Process Improvement Manager at DB InfraGO AG. This position offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to balance your time between the office and remote work, with the possibility of working from home several days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Construction Process Improvement Manager, you will specialize in optimizing planning workflows, providing guidance and support to project managers in the construction sector, and implementing innovative Lean methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • You will be accountable for the effective application of Lean project management techniques across various initiatives, collaborating with both central and regional stakeholders to refine these practices.
  • Your role will involve leading and facilitating workshops and discussions aimed at promoting Lean Management and Lean Construction principles, empowering project managers to navigate their projects effectively through structured project mapping.
  • Utilize your expertise in project mapping, employing both systematic approaches and software solutions, while overseeing the administrative aspects of IT applications.
  • Engage in ongoing improvement initiatives, integrating established and effective Lean strategies into current practices.
  • Embed agile methodologies and Lean Management principles within projects by devising tailored strategies and concepts that address both existing and emerging requirements.

Your Qualifications:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in managing construction projects, with a focus on Lean/Lean Construction Management.
  • Background in consulting for Lean/Lean Construction Management with demonstrable successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage project managers and stakeholders in the adoption of new methodologies.
  • Familiarity with contemporary methods and IT tools, with a preference for knowledge of PCP Semyou software.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities to perform effectively under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
