Key Responsibilities
  • Support as a project coordinator in international business development initiatives
  • Planning and coordination of projects, which includes organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, and tracking tasks
  • Assist management in planning and engaging in international business meetings
  • Conduct market, product, and competitor research for our clients
  • Implement marketing strategies, including content creation for the company website, managing social media, and analyzing website performance
Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelor/Master's degree with a mandatory internship (minimum 20 weeks), with interests in Consulting, Business Development, International Project Coordination, Marketing, and the Pharma Industry.
  • A BBA or MBA is advantageous.
  • International experience, intercultural skills, and language proficiency: strong command of English is essential (equivalent to C1), knowledge of German and other languages is a plus.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Willingness to take on real project responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Your character is valued more than your professional background.
