Technical Lead - Mobile SDK

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team and lead the development of our mobile SDK solution. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers, guiding them on the use of appropriate tools and technologies, and ensuring that the code produced is of high quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical mentorship to the development team, including guiding them on the use of appropriate tools and technologies.
  • Ensure that the code produced by the team is of high quality, including conducting code reviews and writing and enforcing coding standards.
  • Manage the technical aspects of the project, including ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work on our code base and push proof of concepts and high-impact features yourself.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders, including product leads, tech leads, and data scientists, to ensure that the technical design aligns with the product requirements.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the team, including exploring new tools and technologies that could improve the development process.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in software engineering, with experience developing and delivering high-quality software products.
  • Effective leadership skills, including the ability to guide and direct a team of developers.
  • Multiple years of experience in Android and/or iOS development.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools, including JUnit, XCTest, and Espresso.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
  • Plus: Experience in Unity and React Native development.
  • Plus: Experience in mobile SDK development.
  • Plus: Experience with Android Privacy Sandbox and/or Apple App Tracking Transparency.
