Senior Software Engineer - Java Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex software systems from architecture to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software systems with a focus on quality, including unit testing and continuous integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
  • Analyze requirements and create detailed technical specifications.
  • Maintain and produce technical documentation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Java (JEE) and modern development tools (IntelliJ, Eclipse, Git, etc.).
  • Fluent in German, with good English communication skills.
  • Proven track record in software development and systems engineering.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Web Service Security.
  • Familiarity with Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic, and high-volume data processing.
  • Knowledge of XML, JSON, and modern web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML).
