About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Coordinator to support our Business Operations and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

The Operations Coordinator will provide support on various operational projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and contributing to the overall success of the company. This includes coordinating campaigns and preparing sales materials, organizing events, and managing relationships with suppliers and partners.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about our mission to reduce single-use plastic impact on our planet and is excited about the opportunity to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales & Marketing activities: coordinate campaigns and prepare sales materials, and help organize events
  • Project Assistance: Provide support on various operational projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and contributing to the overall success of the company
  • Supplier Outreach: help manage relationships with our suppliers & partners, as well as create new ones; managing data and communication to internal stakeholders who are relying on these suppliers
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English, as this is our business working language
  • Proficiency in GSuite, as well as any time management/collaboration software
