Are you interested in becoming part of a rapidly growing international E-Commerce company with a global presence?

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be part of our Pre-Sales & Partner Enablement Team, working closely with customers and partners across Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to support our sales team and partners in the technical aspects of sales, including creating detailed proposals and solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical deep-dives with customers to identify their needs and create tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Present our software solutions to customers and partners, highlighting their benefits and value proposition
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, providing technical expertise and support
  • Contribute to the development of our Pre-Sales and Partner concepts

Requirements:

  • Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the E-Commerce industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
